School and sports physicals are available anytime throughout the day without appointments. Please bring in any forms required by your school. Also, please update our records by providing your recent immunizations if you are a new patient.
Work and DOT physicals are also available. Familycare will provide forms and DOT cards after successfully meeting the requirements as per state and DOT standards.
High blood pressure treatment, cardiac disease evaluation and management are available at your convenience. .
Women’s Health and Contraception are offered daily without appointment. Don’t let important screening wait. Annual exams for women over 21 are available to our patients from any of our providers

X-rays, soft casting, and prefabricated splints and braces for most injuries are also available on premises
Acute and chronic intestinal problems, Iv therapy and treatment of dehydration.
Low back pain evaluation and treatment are commonly treated acutely and long term treatment and management and planning.
